Lead configuration and functional design of IFS Cloud Service & Maintenance modules for a 6-month greenfield implementation, with a specific focus on field service and engineer-facing processes.
Define and deliver end-to-end mobile work order solutions, including job dispatch, execution, status updates, time capture, parts usage, and offline/low-connectivity field operations.
Translate complex service and maintenance business requirements into scalable IFS Cloud configurations, workflows, and user journeys for mobile engineers and back-office planners.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between IFS Cloud, mobile applications, scheduling engines, and asset/service master data.
Provide functional leadership during testing, UAT, and go-live support, ensuring engineer mobile usability, performance, and adoption across field service operations.
