Overview

We are seeking an experienced IFS Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise ERP solutions using the IFS platform. This role will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities, and guiding delivery teams through successful implementation.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and best-practice solutions across the IFS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end ERP solutions within the IFS platform aligned to business requirements and industry best practices.
Own the overall solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Lead IFS implementation projects, providing architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into strategic ERP solutions.
Provide leadership and direction to functional and technical consulting teams.
Ensure alignment between IFS modules, integrations, and enterprise systems.
Define system integration strategies and oversee data migration approaches.
Support solution governance including design reviews, technical standards, and architecture documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through effective use of IFS capabilities.
Provide expert guidance during pre-sales, solution design, and project delivery phases.

Required Skills & Experience

8–10+ years of experience working with IFS ERP solutions.
Proven experience designing and delivering IFS implementations or large ERP transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of IFS architecture, modules, and system capabilities.
Experience working with integration frameworks, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
Experience leading and mentoring functional and technical teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience with IFS Cloud implementations.
Knowledge across multiple IFS modules such as Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Projects, or Service Management.
Experience with system integrations, middleware, and data migration strategies.
Background working within industries such as manufacturing, aerospace & defence, engineering, energy, or construction.
