IFS Solution Architect – Contract (6–12 Months)

Contract Length: 6–12 months
We are currently supporting a global organisation on a major IFS transformation programme and are looking to engage an experienced IFS Solution Architect to play a key role in the design and delivery of their IFS landscape.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale implementation/upgrade, collaborating with senior stakeholders and driving best practice across the programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for IFS (IFS Cloud / IFS Applications)
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient IFS solutions
- Define and govern system architecture, integrations, and technical design
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment across all workstreams
- Provide architectural guidance across Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, and/or Service Management modules
- Ensure best practice is followed across configuration, customisation, and integrations
- Support stakeholders with roadmap planning and future system scalability
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an IFS Solution Architect on large-scale programmes
- Strong knowledge of IFS Cloud
- Experience across multiple IFS modules (Finance, SCM, Projects, Service, etc.)
- Strong understanding of integrations, data migration, and system architecture
- Ability to engage with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
- Previous experience working on global or multi-site implementations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience working alongside IFS partners or within complex partner ecosystems
- Exposure to cloud environments and modern integration tools
