IFS Supply Chain Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IFS Supply Chain Consultant to support the delivery, configuration, and optimisation of IFS ERP / IFS Cloud solutions across supply chain functions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to improve operational processes and deliver successful ERP implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver functional consulting expertise across IFS supply chain modules including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, planning, and order management.

  • Lead workshops, gather business requirements, and translate operational needs into effective IFS solutions.

  • Configure and support IFS applications through the full project lifecycle including testing, training, cutover, and go-live support.

  • Collaborate with project teams, technical consultants, and business stakeholders to drive process improvement and successful ERP delivery.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience implementing or supporting IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

  • Experience within ERP consulting, functional configuration, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Ability to manage workshops, testing activities, user training, and documentation.

  • Knowledge of ERP integrations, reporting, and data migration concepts.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing consulting skills.

Preferred Background

  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence, energy, distribution, or logistics industries.

  • Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.

  • IFS certifications or supply chain certifications are advantageous.
