Overview

We are seeking an experienced IFS Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance our IFS ERP platform. This role will play a key part in ensuring the system meets business needs, drives efficiency, and supports ongoing digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to optimise system functionality and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and administration of the IFS ERP system
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
• Configure, customise, and optimise IFS modules (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects)
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors
• Support system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations
• Develop and maintain system documentation, processes, and user guides
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Deliver user training and support to ensure effective system utilisation
• Create reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business decision-making
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the system

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working with IFS Applications (IFS Cloud or earlier versions)
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Experience in system configuration, support, and optimisation
• Ability to gather and document business requirements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis is desirable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or upgrades is advantageous

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant IFS certifications are desirable but not essential
