Job Title: IFS Systems Technical Specialist
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview

This position plays a key role in supporting the ongoing development and rollout of the IFS platform. Working closely with developers and key stakeholders, you will contribute to system enhancements, reporting, and integration activities. The role sits within a fast-moving delivery environment, helping ensure a smooth transition into ongoing system support and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and ongoing management of CRIMs across multiple rollout phases
  • Support system integration activities as new entities are onboarded onto IFS
  • Provide support during semi-live operations, including maintenance and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal developers throughout design, build, and deployment stages
  • Develop and maintain reports using tools such as Crystal Reports and Report Designer
  • Configure and manage permission sets, lobbies, and user access structures
  • Oversee CRIM performance, ensuring efficiency and consistency across phases
  • Deliver technical support aligned to the IFS implementation and ongoing usage
  • Work with stakeholders on reporting outputs and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to large-scale rollout phases and upcoming system deployments
  • Assist in ensuring a smooth transition through to final go-live and post-implementation support

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with IFS Applications (Apps10 or Cloud preferred)
  • Proven expertise in CRIM configuration and delivery
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports
  • Good understanding of system permissions, lobbies, and reporting structures
  • Background in system integrations and supporting phased rollouts
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional travel
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach
  • Experience in private equity-backed environments is advantageous
