Infor M3 BI Analyst

Position: Infor M3 BI Analyst
Role: Permanent 
Type: Remote


Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•              Analyse complex business processes to design robust, efficient and performant BI solutions
•              Lead the requirement gathering process for new BI solutions and report enhancements
•              Support the solution design and development process of new BI solutions for the core business processes
•              Liaise with the business and Process Owners to produce comprehensive BI specification documentation
•              Take ownership of defined work packages in contributing to international BI projects and rollouts
•              Support the business in creating and maintaining reports
•              Provide Level 3 Support to assist with issue resolutions
•              Co-ordinate the testing activities for the BI Workstream as part of project rollouts

Additional skills:
•              ERP system experience (Infor M3 preferred)
•              Comprehensive knowledge of Business Intelligence, data warehouses, data modelling, data lakes and ETL concepts
•              Solid understanding of at least two of the following business processes: Finance, Rental, Sales, Service, Manufacturing/Production, Supply Chain/Logistics or Customer Service
•              MS SQL knowledge
