About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Master Data / Manufacturing Data Specialist to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all manufacturing and supply chain data within IFS. You will work closely with production, procurement, and planning teams to maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, item master data, and other critical system information that drives efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update master data in IFS, including BOMs, routings, item records, and work centers.

Ensure all manufacturing and supply chain data is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards.

Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Procurement teams to validate new and updated master data.

Manage BOM revisions, engineering changes, and version control to prevent production disruptions.

Support demand planning and MRP processes by providing accurate and up-to-date data.

Conduct regular audits of master data to identify inconsistencies or errors and implement corrective actions.

Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on master data standards and processes.

Assist in system improvements and process optimization initiatives within IFS.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience with IFS Applications, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM structures, and production planning concepts.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of MRP and demand planning processes is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
