Senior NetSuite Administrator
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)
Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 + benefits
The Role
We are looking for a high-level NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of a mature NetSuite environment for a growing, systems-driven organisation. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will act as the NetSuite SME, supporting business users, optimising processes, and owning key integrations—particularly HubSpot and Celigo.
You’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales and external partners, bridging the gap between technical capability and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary NetSuite System Owner / SME across the organisation

Own day-to-day administration, configuration and optimisation of NetSuite

Design, build and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom records, forms and fields

Manage and support NetSuite integrations via Celigo, including monitoring, troubleshooting and enhancement

Own the NetSuite–HubSpot integration, ensuring data accuracy between CRM and ERP

Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to improve month-end, reporting and operational processes

Gather requirements, translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions, and manage delivery end-to-end

Support testing, deployments and release management for NetSuite upgrades and enhancements

Manage external vendors/partners where required and challenge solutions when needed

Provide 2nd/3rd line NetSuite support and mentor junior or non-technical users
Required Experience

5+ years’ experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar senior NetSuite role

Strong hands-on experience across core NetSuite administration and configuration

Proven experience working with Celigo integrator.io (builds, flows, error handling)

Experience supporting or owning HubSpot–NetSuite integrations

Strong understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and finance processes

Confident working directly with senior stakeholders and non-technical users

Experience in a scaling or multi-entity NetSuite environment is highly desirable
