The Company

A growing, forward-thinking organisation leveraging NetSuite as a core business system across Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams. With continued investment in systems and digital transformation, they are looking for a NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of the platform and drive optimisation across the business.

 

The Role

As a NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and continuous improvement of the NetSuite ERP system. You will act as the go-to expert internally, ensuring the system is stable, efficient, and aligned to business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the NetSuite platform (users, roles, permissions, workflows)
  • Manage system configuration, custom fields, records, forms, and dashboards
  • Support business users across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and training
  • Own and manage NetSuite upgrades, releases, and testing cycles
  • Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and KPIs
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement improvements
  • Manage integrations with third-party systems (e.g. CRM, WMS, finance tools)
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and system security best practices
  • Document processes and system changes

 

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite core modules (Finance essential)
  • Hands-on experience with saved searches, workflows, and reporting
  • Experience managing users, roles, and permissions
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

 

Desirable Skills

  • NetSuite certifications (e.g. Administrator, SuiteFoundation)
  • Experience with SuiteScript or SuiteFlow
  • Background working in a NetSuite Partner or fast-paced end-user environment
  • Experience with integrations (Celigo, Boomi, etc.)
  • Understanding of finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)
