Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive NetSuite Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimising, and customising our NetSuite ERP platform to support business operations across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for enhancing business processes through innovative ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the NetSuite platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• customise and configure NetSuite modules to meet business needs, including workflows, scripts, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilisation of the platform.
• Conduct routine system audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customisations, and processes.
• Stay informed about recent updates and best practices for NetSuite, recommending improvements as appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar ERP administration role.
• Strong technical skills, including scripting, workflow automation, and system customisation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience with data management, reporting, and user support.
• Relevant certifications in NetSuite or related systems are a plus.
