About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join a fast-growing fashion & retail business and take ownership of our ERP platform as we scale.
You’ll be the go-to expert for NetSuite configuration, optimisation, troubleshooting, and user support across the business—helping us get the most from our investment while shaping how our teams use data, workflows and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day NetSuite administration, support and troubleshooting
- Configure and maintain records, workflows, forms, dashboards, saved searches & user permissions
- Work with Finance, Supply Chain, Retail & Operations teams to understand requirements and improve processes
- Manage integrations with 3rd-party systems (eCommerce, POS, WMS, marketing, payments)
- Support ongoing projects, enhancements, and release management
- Ensure data accuracy and system stability across the business
- Provide training and best-practice guidance to end users
- Act as a super-user internally, bridging the gap between technology and the business
Skills & Experience
? Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Functional Consultant
? Strong understanding of end-to-end NetSuite modules – ideally Inventory, Order
Management, Purchasing, Financials
? Experience in fashion, retail, apparel, or ecommerce environments
? Confident with saved searches, workflows, SuiteAnalytics & customisations
? Knowledge of systems such as Shopify, Magento, POS, WMS, or wholesale platforms a bonus
? Ability to translate business needs into system improvements
? Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
