Your Mission ?
My client is seeking a talented individual to join their Internal Systems Team, where you’ll play a key role in administering and enhancing the NetSuite platform. You’ll be responsible for managing support tickets, delivering timely solutions, and driving continuous improvements through development and project-based work.
What You’ll Be Doing ?

Provide support across business functions to resolve issues within the NetSuite platform.

Collaborate with team members using Agile methodologies to deliver meaningful enhancements.

Document and manage system configurations to maintain platform integrity.

Follow the Software Development Lifecycle to ensure all changes are released into production safely and effectively.

Develop SuiteScripts, workflows, and customisations in line with business requirements.

Analyse existing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation aligned with NetSuite best practices.
What Experience You’ll Need ?

Proven experience working in a OneWorld environment with multiple subsidiaries and currencies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and provide support when needed.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Familiarity with Jira Software and Service Management.

Solid understanding of the NetSuite platform, ideally supported by Administrator and/or SuiteDeveloper certifications.

SuiteScript development experience, with strong knowledge of Map/Reduce scripting.

Understanding of monitoring and troubleshooting tools, with the ability to implement optimisations that improve performance and reliability.

A proactive self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude.
