We are seeking a hands-on NetSuite Finance Consultant to support a short, high-impact clean-up project for a private-equity backed, multi-entity business ahead of a potential transaction. This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who is comfortable working at pace and getting into the detail.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver a group-wide NetSuite finance clean-up to prepare the business for M&A and financial due diligence.

Review, remediate and standardise balance sheet areas including bank reconciliations, fixed assets, AR/AP and deferred revenue.

Align historical financials across multiple regions, ensuring consistency while accommodating legitimate local statutory and tax differences.

Work closely with senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on within NetSuite to resolve issues and improve data quality.
Required Experience

ACCA (or equivalent) qualified finance professional.

Strong, practical NetSuite experience with the ability to navigate and resolve issues across complex, multi-entity environments.

Previous exposure to M&A, transaction services or financial due diligence projects.

Pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach with the confidence to operate independently.
Engagement Details
