Overview
We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Power BI Specialist to join an ongoing project and take ownership of an existing Business Intelligence environment. The consultant will be responsible for maintaining, optimising, and enhancing the current reporting infrastructure while ensuring the BI system continues to support business decision-making effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the existing BI and reporting environment.

Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting outputs.

Ensure accurate and efficient data flows between NetSuite and the BI environment.

Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and improve data visibility.

Manage and optimise the current BI architecture hosted within AWS.

Identify opportunities to improve performance, data quality, and reporting capabilities.

Support the ongoing reliability and scalability of the reporting environment.
Required Experience

Strong experience with Power BI development and administration.

Hands-on experience working with NetSuite data and reporting structures.

Experience integrating or managing data environments within AWS.

Experience maintaining and improving existing BI systems rather than building purely greenfield solutions.

Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and reporting best practices.
Desirable Experience

Experience working within ERP reporting environments.

Previous involvement in NetSuite analytics or data warehouse projects.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of an established BI environment.
Summary
This role requires a consultant who can quickly take control of an existing BI ecosystem, maintain its performance, and improve the quality of reporting delivered from NetSuite through Power BI and AWS. The engagement will suit a hands-on specialist comfortable working independently and delivering immediate value.
