Overview

Our client is a specialist manufacturer based in Hampshire who is currently part-way through a NetSuite ERP implementation. The programme has lost momentum and they are now looking to engage an experienced NetSuite Project Manager on an initial 6 month contract to bring the implementation back on track and successfully manage the run-up to go-live.

This is an internal-side role where you will take ownership of the delivery, stabilise the programme, and manage the NetSuite implementation partner to ensure timelines, scope, and quality are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Take over ownership of the NetSuite ERP programme and bring structure, pace, and control to the delivery.

• Review the current state of the implementation, identify risks, gaps, and blockers, and define a clear recovery plan.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the business and the NetSuite implementation partner.

• Challenge the partner where required to ensure delivery against agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.

• Own and manage the project plan, RAID, milestones, and go-live readiness.

• Coordinate business stakeholders across finance, operations, manufacturing, and IT.

• Ensure data migration, testing, training, and cutover activities are properly planned and executed.

• Drive the programme through to a controlled and successful go-live.

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering NetSuite ERP implementations as a Project Manager.

• Experience working client-side (internal) managing external implementation partners.

• Strong understanding of ERP delivery lifecycle including design, build, test, data, and cutover.

• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and challenging delivery partners constructively.

• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments is beneficial but not essential.
