Overview
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead a key ERP implementation for a manufacturing business based in Oxfordshire. This role will be instrumental in driving delivery across finance, manufacturing, and supply chain workstreams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation across manufacturing and supply chain functions

Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies

Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT

Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders

Ensure alignment between business requirements and NetSuite capabilities

Oversee system configuration, testing phases, and go-live readiness

Drive stakeholder engagement and user adoption throughout the project lifecycle

Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners where required
Required Experience

Proven track record delivering NetSuite implementations as a Project Manager

Strong experience within manufacturing and supply chain environments

Solid understanding of NetSuite modules (e.g. Financials, Inventory, WMS, Procurement)

Experience managing complex, multi-workstream ERP projects

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, onsite-heavy environment

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable Skills

Experience with multi-entity or international rollouts

Exposure to process improvement or transformation programmes

Certifications in Project Management (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
