Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite ERP implementations and enhancements. This role requires strong project management expertise combined with a solid understanding of finance and ERP systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation and optimization projects
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and external vendors
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices
- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and align solutions
- Oversee system configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment activities
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates
- Support change management, training, and post-implementation adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- Proven experience managing ERP or NetSuite implementation projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Familiarity with NetSuite financial and operational modules
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
