Role Overview

We are supporting a fashion retail business that requires an experienced NetSuite Consultant to stabilise and improve a poorly implemented NetSuite environment. The consultant will act as the primary NetSuite subject matter expert, owning solution design, rework, and optimisation across the core platform while supporting a multi-subsidiary setup across the UK, EU, and USA.

This engagement is focused on fixing fundamentals, improving usability, and ensuring NetSuite is correctly configured to support day-to-day retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary source of NetSuite knowledge across the business, advising stakeholders on best practice and system capability.

• Review, diagnose, and remediate a poor NetSuite implementation, with a focus on core financial and operational functionality.

• Re-design and rework existing NetSuite configurations to better support retail processes and reporting requirements.

• Support and refine NetSuite usage across five subsidiaries operating in the UK, EU, and USA.

• Deliver improvements incrementally over a 2-day-per-week engagement across an initial 3-month period.

• Lead and support NetSuite integration activity where required to ensure stable and scalable operations.

• Train and upskill end users across the business to improve adoption, confidence, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant, acting as a lead or primary system owner.

• Strong background in the retail sector, ideally within fashion or multi-entity retail environments.

• Hands-on experience fixing or reworking poorly implemented NetSuite solutions.

• Solid understanding of NetSuite core functionality, including multi-subsidiary and international setups.

• Experience training and supporting non-technical users across finance and operations teams.
