About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced NetSuite Solution Architect to support a fast-growing, private equity–backed organisation currently undergoing a major systems transformation. You’ll work closely with the Programme Manager, another Solution Architect, and a wider team of technical and functional consultants to deliver scalable, group-wide NetSuite solutions.
The role will involve designing and implementing best-practice NetSuite architecture to onboard newly acquired businesses, streamline operations, and ensure the ERP system supports long-term growth. It’s a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise directly impacts strategic decision-making and business performance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of scalable NetSuite solutions across multiple business units.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define system roadmaps.

Support the onboarding of newly acquired entities into the group’s NetSuite environment.

Oversee integrations with third-party applications and legacy systems.

Review and optimise existing NetSuite configurations to improve efficiency and data visibility.

Provide architectural oversight, mentoring, and technical guidance to delivery teams.

Ensure all solutions meet governance, scalability, and compliance standards.
Skills & Experience Required

Proven track record as a NetSuite Solution Architect or Senior Consultant on multi-entity or international rollouts.

Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including Finance, Procurement, and Integration frameworks.

Experience delivering large-scale transformation or acquisition-driven ERP projects.

Proficient in solution design, data migration, and cross-platform integrations.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across business and technical teams.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.

Willingness to travel internationally on an ad hoc basis (all expenses covered).
