Overview:
Our client, a stock-based business, is seeking a NetSuite Support Consultant to help them optimise their use of the system. The focus will be on providing hands-on support, system administration, and ensuring they get the most out of NetSuite across their stock and operations processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day NetSuite support and administration to internal users.

Optimise system usage with a focus on key areas including:

Landed costs
-
Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Aged stock reporting and management
-

Troubleshoot user issues and deliver practical solutions.

Work with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Support reporting, dashboards, and process enhancements.
-
Provide training and knowledge transfer to staff.
Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Support Consultant.

Strong knowledge of stock-based processes within NetSuite.

Hands-on experience with landed costs, WMS, and inventory management.

Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Proactive and solution-focused approach.

Flexible to be on-site in the South East initially, before moving into a remote setup.
