NetSuite Support Consultant

Location: South East (initially on-site, then remote)
Duration: Up to 6 months (contract)

Overview:
Our client, a stock-based business, is seeking a NetSuite Support Consultant to help them optimise their use of the system. The focus will be on providing hands-on support, system administration, and ensuring they get the most out of NetSuite across their stock and operations processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day NetSuite support and administration to internal users.

  • Optimise system usage with a focus on key areas including:

    • Landed costs

    • Warehouse Management System (WMS)

    • Aged stock reporting and management

  • Troubleshoot user issues and deliver practical solutions.

  • Work with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

  • Support reporting, dashboards, and process enhancements.

  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to staff.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Support Consultant.

  • Strong knowledge of stock-based processes within NetSuite.

  • Hands-on experience with landed costs, WMS, and inventory management.

  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Proactive and solution-focused approach.

  • Flexible to be on-site in the South East initially, before moving into a remote setup.

Engagement:

  • Contract, up to 6 months.

  • Immediate start preferred.
