NetSuite System Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite System Manager to take ownership of our NetSuite environment and ensure it continues to meet the evolving needs of the business.
This role is critical to maintaining the smooth running of our financial and operational systems, driving automation, and delivering improvements that support scalability and efficiency across all departments.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NetSuite administration, customisation, and integration, along with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the day-to-day administration of the NetSuite platform, including user roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and saved searches.

• Partner with finance, operations, and other business leaders to understand requirements and design scalable system solutions.

• Lead NetSuite upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and change management logs.

• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security compliance.

• Provide training and support to end users, ensuring effective adoption across departments.

• Develop custom reports and analytics to deliver meaningful business insights.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and NetSuite partners to resolve issues or implement new functionality.

• Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimisation.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Consultant, or System Manager.

• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and CRM.

• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteAnalytics is highly desirable.

• Ability to manage integrations using SuiteTalk, Celigo, Boomi, or similar middleware tools.

• Excellent understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Exceptional communication skills — able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation Certification preferred.
