Senior Construction Process Consultant (Part-Time, 3 Days/Week)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Process Consultant to facilitate process workshops and bring industry best-practice knowledge to a leading construction-focused ERP project. This is a part-time role (~3 days/week), initially running from end of the year through to end of March/early April, with potential for longer-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate process workshops, providing guidance on best practices within the construction industry.
  • Challenge existing business processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to articulate how ERP solutions can support end-to-end construction processes.
  • Act as a bridge between business processes and ERP system functionality, ensuring practical and efficient solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and discussions as required (availability may be needed for key meetings in December).
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Strong construction industry background with in-depth knowledge of construction processes and workflows.
  • Proven facilitation skills, able to lead senior stakeholders through workshops and discussions.
  • Experience in ERP systems (preferably IFS) is beneficial, but emphasis is on business process expertise.
  • Comfortable explaining complex processes and ERP functionality to a non-technical audience.
  • Demonstrable track record of working with large-scale construction organisations.
Role Type:
  • Part-time, 3 days/week
  • Fixed-term: 3–4 months initially, with potential for extension based on project needs
