We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver full lifecycle Epicor ERP implementation projects for a growing client base. This role is ideal for someone with a strong ERP project management background who thrives in a dynamic environment and can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end Epicor ERP implementations, delivering projects on time and within budget.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.

Define business and functional requirements, prioritise scope, and oversee project governance.

Maintain overall control of project scope, budget, and schedule.

Plan, organise, and monitor the activities of cross-functional project teams.

Provide regular project status updates internally and externally.
-
Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation.
-
Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.

Manage multiple concurrent projects, including upgrades and new implementations.

Support commercial project reconciliation and assist in cash collection where required.
Key Skills & Experience

5+ years’ experience managing ERP implementations, with a strong focus on Epicor ERP.

Proven track record of successfully delivering mid-market ERP projects.
-
Strong knowledge of project governance and PMO best practices.
-
Experience leading cross-functional teams, including functional and technical consultants.
-
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
Strong risk management and problem-solving ability.
-
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project (or similar).

Strong operational knowledge of planning and scheduling.
-
Professional presence with excellent verbal and written communication.

Highly organised, with strong time management and multitasking skills.

Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) desirable.

Understanding of manufacturing principles advantageous.

Familiarity with Salesforce Certinia PSA desirable.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with an Epicor partner organisation.

Knowledge of Epicor modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Service Management.
