You'll provide day-to-day support for the Epicor 9 ERP system, resolving user issues, troubleshooting system problems and supporting key business functions including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Inventory.

Key Skills:

<ul>
	<li>Proven experience supporting Epicor 9 ERP
	<li>Strong functional knowledge of Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance modules
	<li>Experience with BAQs, SSRS and SQL
	<li>Excellent troubleshooting and user support skills
	<li>Ability to work independently and manage support tickets
</ul>

Contract Details:

<ul>
	<li>Initial 3 month contract
	<li>Remote with 1 day per week on site in Birmingham
	<li>Outside IR35 
	<li>Immediate start preferred
