Job Title: Profit ERP Lead
Job Summary
The Profit ERP Lead is responsible for leading the implementation, administration, enhancement, and ongoing support of the Profit ERP system across the organization. This role partners with business stakeholders to optimize business processes, ensure system reliability, and deliver ERP solutions that support operational and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, upgrade, and enhancement of the Profit ERP platform.

Act as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related activities and support.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from cross-functional teams.

Configure ERP modules to meet business needs and recommend best practices.

Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and external consultants for system development and integrations.

Manage ERP projects, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Oversee data migration, validation, and system integrity during upgrades and implementations.

Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.

Monitor ERP performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.

Create and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.

Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing functional support.

Ensure ERP security, user access controls, and compliance with company policies.

Produce management reports, dashboards, and KPIs using ERP data.

Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of ERP implementation and support experience.

Proven experience leading ERP projects and cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain business processes.

Experience with ERP configuration, testing, and deployment.

Strong SQL and database knowledge.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Profit ERP or similar enterprise ERP platforms.

Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum).
