Finance Transformation Manager

My Client is looking for an experienced and driven Finance Transformation Manager to join their finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the next phase of finance transformation following the implementation of NetSuite, helping to embed new ways of working, improve financial processes and maximise the value of the organisation's ERP investment.

About the Role

As Finance Transformation Manager, you will lead a programme of finance process improvement, working closely with finance, operational teams and external partners to improve efficiency, reporting, controls and system adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of income and revenue processes into NetSuite.
• Improve billing, revenue recognition and reconciliation processes.
• Redesign budgeting and forecasting processes to create a more efficient planning framework.
• Work with budget holders to strengthen financial planning and performance reporting.
• Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting using NetSuite.
• Improve year-end reporting and audit processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate accounts payable and other finance activities.
• Deliver training and support colleagues through new system and process adoption.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners to deliver sustainable improvements.
• Ensure strong governance, accurate financial data and effective internal controls.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong finance knowledge with a genuine passion for systems, transformation and continuous improvement.

Ideally, you'll have:

• ACCA or AAT qualification/part-qualification, or be working towards a relevant accounting qualification.
• Strong Excel and wider IT skills.
• Experience delivering finance transformation, process improvement or systems implementation projects.
• Experience using NetSuite or another ERP system is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, reporting and controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects effectively.
• A collaborative, hands-on approach with a focus on improving how finance operates.
