Overview
We are supporting a confidential client who is currently delivering a large-scale IFS Cloud implementation and is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the business through this transformation programme.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the organisation. This position will work closely with programme leadership, functional teams, and business stakeholders to drive engagement, communication, training, and business readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage change management activities across the IFS Cloud implementation programme.
- Develop and deliver change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Conduct impact assessments and business readiness evaluations across multiple business functions.
- Work closely with programme managers, project teams, and business leaders to support user adoption.
- Identify and manage resistance to change and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and support training plans, end-user engagement, and adoption activities.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and feedback sessions.
- Monitor adoption progress and provide regular updates to programme leadership.
- Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business users throughout the implementation.
- Support the successful transition into business-as-usual operations post go-live.
Required Experience
- Proven experience working as a Change Manager on large-scale ERP or digital transformation programmes.
- Strong experience supporting IFS Cloud implementations or similar ERP solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience developing communication, training, and change adoption strategies.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within complex project environments and managing multiple workstreams.
- Strong organisational and facilitation skills.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, energy, or service-focused industries.
- Change management certifications such as Prosci or APMG.
- Experience working within global or multi-site implementation programmes.
