Data Migration Expertise: Proven experience delivering data migration projects within IFS ERP environments, including data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading across legacy and IFS systems.
IFS Knowledge: Strong understanding of IFS Applications/IFS Cloud data structures, business objects, APIs, migration tooling, and core modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, and Asset Management.
Technical Skills: Experience with SQL, ETL/data migration tools, data mapping, reconciliation, and troubleshooting, with the ability to analyse complex datasets and resolve data quality issues.
Delivery & Stakeholder Management: Ability to lead migration workstreams, develop migration plans and strategies, manage risks and dependencies, and work closely with business SMEs, technical teams, and third-party stakeholders.
Testing & Go-Live: Experience supporting data migration testing, mock migrations, reconciliation and sign-off, cutover planning, and go-live activities, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and fit for business use.
