IFS Finance Consultant

  • Lead/support the upgrade from legacy IFS ERP to IFS Cloud, focusing on Finance process transformation and system optimisation.
  • Work closely with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements, map current processes, and design future-state solutions within IFS Cloud.
  • Deliver strong consolidation and group reporting expertise, including multi-entity, intercompany, and financial consolidation processes.
  • Configure and support core IFS Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Consolidation.
  • Manage data migration, chart of accounts alignment, and finance master data cleansing activities as part of the upgrade programme.
  • Support system testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and finance process validation.
  • Provide guidance on best practice finance controls, reporting, and month-end close processes within IFS Cloud.
  • Contract role: 6 months initial term, 3 days per week, working alongside business and technical project teams to ensure successful IFS Cloud deployment.
