The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced IFS Product Owner to support a key IFS programme, with a particular focus on Services & Maintenance and Mobile Workforce Management (MWO).

The successful candidate will take ownership of the IFS product backlog and roadmap, working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective IFS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the IFS product backlog and roadmap.
  • Act as the functional Product Owner for IFS Services & Maintenance and MWO.
  • Work with stakeholders to capture, challenge and prioritise business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritise enhancements based on business value and programme objectives.
  • Work closely with IFS functional, technical and development teams.
  • Support solution design, testing, releases and user adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service, maintenance and field operations through IFS.
  • Provide functional leadership across the wider IFS landscape where required.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience working with IFS ERP / IFS Cloud.
  • Previous experience as an IFS Product Owner, Functional Lead, Business Analyst or similar.
  • Strong hands-on experience with IFS Services & Maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of IFS MWO / Mobile Workforce Management.
  • Good understanding of service, maintenance, field service and asset management processes.
  • Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps and priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical IFS solutions.

Desirable

  • Experience with IFS PSO – Planning & Scheduling Optimisation.
  • Knowledge of other IFS functional areas including EAM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance or Projects.
  • Previous experience supporting IFS Cloud implementations, upgrades or continuous improvement programmes.
  • Experience working within complex or multi-site IFS environments.
