Role: IFS Service & Maintenance Consultant required for a 9-month contract, working 5 days per week, supporting the implementation, optimisation and ongoing development of IFS Service & Maintenance functionality.
Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration and delivery across IFS Service Management, Maintenance, Work Orders, Scheduling and related operational processes.
Experience: Strong hands-on experience with IFS Applications/IFS Cloud, specifically Service & Maintenance, with a proven track record delivering consultancy across complex business environments.
Delivery: Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and project leads to translate business requirements into effective IFS solutions, including testing, troubleshooting, documentation and user support.
Contract: 9-month initial engagement | 5 days per week | Outside IR35 | Contract/Consultancy basis. Immediate/short-term availability preferred.
