The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading UK organisation embarking on an exciting phase of digital transformation following a successful implementation of IFS Cloud. They are looking to appoint an experienced IFS Supply Chain Consultant to optimise and enhance their supply chain processes across procurement, inventory, planning, manufacturing, and logistics.

Responsibilities
- Act as the functional SME for the IFS Supply Chain solution.
- Configure and optimise IFS Cloud to meet evolving business requirements.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Lead workshops to improve supply chain and procurement processes.
- Configure and support modules including Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Work closely with technical consultants on integrations, reporting, and customisations.
- Support system testing, UAT, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Deliver user training and create functional documentation.
- Provide post-go-live support and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Liaise with third-party implementation partners where required.
Required Experience
- Strong functional experience with IFS Cloud, IFS Applications 10, or IFS Apps 9.
- Previous experience delivering IFS implementations or major enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Experience configuring one or more of the following:
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Supply Chain Planning
- Manufacturing
- Distribution
- Warehousing
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Desirable Experience
- Full lifecycle IFS Cloud implementation experience.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing or Service industries.
- Experience working with integrations and APIs.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, Quick Reports or Business Reporter.
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
