IFS Training Consultant

We are currently supporting a global organisation on their IFS journey and are looking to engage an experienced IFS Training Consultant to support user adoption and training delivery across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale IFS Cloud programme, working closely with key stakeholders, project teams, and end users to ensure successful knowledge transfer and system engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-user training across various IFS modules
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and documentation
• Support workshops, classroom sessions, and remote training delivery
• Work closely with business users to understand training requirements
• Support user adoption and change management activities
• Create and manage digital learning content through ClickLearn and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Support go-live and post-go-live training activities

Experience Required

• Strong experience working with IFS Applications / IFS Cloud
• Previous experience delivering ERP training within IFS environments
• Hands-on experience with ClickLearn and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Ability to create engaging digital and classroom-based training programmes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience supporting global or multi-site ERP programmes is advantageous

Desirable

• Experience across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Service & Maintenance modules
• Previous involvement in IFS Cloud implementations or upgrades
• Strong documentation and workshop facilitation skills
