NetSuite Administrator - Fully Remote (London)
I'm working with a SaaS company, around 150 people, who went live on NetSuite a few months back.
The implementation went well, the partner's rolled off, and now they need someone who owns the system day-to-day.
What you'd be doing
Managing user access and permissions across the platform. Building workflows that make sense for how they actually work ; AP, AR, GL processes.
Creating the saved searches and dashboards that finance actually needs to run the business.
Supporting month-end close, which is where you'll see how well the system is really working.
Troubleshooting issues when they come up, escalating the complex stuff to their partner when it needs it.
What they need
Someone who's spent a couple of years genuinely owning a NetSuite system.
You've built workflows, you've supported real implementations, you've been the person people call when something breaks during close.
You understand the core modules properly, not surface level.
You can explain technical changes to finance teams who don't speak NetSuite, and you're comfortable with SuiteFlow, custom fields, saved searches.
The practical side
Fully remote.
Salary is £50-65k dependant on experience.
Why it's worth considering
This is the role where you actually make a difference. They've built the system right, now they need someone who can keep it running and keep improving it. It's not about firefighting broken processes, it's about owning something properly.
If you've got that kind of experience and this sounds like something worth talking about, let me know.
