NetSuite Administrator

NetSuite Administrator - Must Have Permanent Right to Work and be Based in UK

Manchester | Hybrid (3 days in office) | £50,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our team in Manchester on a hybrid basis. This is an end-user role, working directly within the business to own and manage our NetSuite environment, rather than a partner or consultancy position.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of our NetSuite platform, ensuring the system runs smoothly, securely, and in line with the needs of the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day NetSuite configuration, including saved searches, forms, workflows, custom fields, and records, keeping the system stable and aligned with business operations.
  • Maintain user access controls, role design, and permission structures, ensuring a clean, secure, and audit-ready environment at all times.
  • Support end users across the business, triaging issues, delivering training, and acting as the first point of escalation before external support is engaged.
  • Monitor and manage bi-annual NetSuite updates, assessing impact on live configuration and coordinating regression testing to prevent disruption.
  • Produce reports, KPI dashboards, and saved searches to support Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams with actionable data insights.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and, where required, external partners or vendors to support system enhancements and integrations.

About You:

  • Proven hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator, ideally within an end-user (in-house) environment rather than purely partner-side.
  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite configuration, including workflows, saved searches, custom records, and role-based permissions.
  • Comfortable acting as the go-to NetSuite contact across the business, supporting users at all levels with clarity and patience.
  • Experience managing system updates and coordinating testing to minimise disruption to live operations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
  • Light SuiteFlow automation or basic SuiteScript exposure is desirable but not essential.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £50,000 per annum
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week in our Manchester office
  • The opportunity to own and shape the NetSuite environment for a growing business
