About the Role

We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking NetSuite x AI Consultant to join a growing team at the forefront of intelligent ERP automation.

 

This is a unique opportunity to work on a cutting-edge product that sits at the intersection of NetSuite and artificial intelligence, helping businesses automate manual processes, streamline operations, and unlock the full potential of their NetSuite environment through AI-powered tooling.

 

You will play a central role in the installation, configuration, and implementation of the product across client environments, acting as both a technical delivery resource and a trusted advisor on how AI-driven automation can transform the way businesses use NetSuite day-to-day.

 

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end implementations of the AI automation product across new and existing NetSuite client environments - from initial scoping and discovery through to configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Analysing client NetSuite environments to identify manual processes, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities - designing solutions that deliver measurable time and cost savings.
• Configuring and deploying AI-powered automation workflows within NetSuite, working closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure each implementation is tailored to the client's specific operational requirements.
• Acting as the subject matter expert on the product during client engagements. Running demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions that build confidence and drive adoption.
• Gathering post-implementation feedback and working collaboratively with the product team to inform the roadmap, improve deployment methodology, and enhance the product based on real-world client experience.
• Supporting pre-sales activity - contributing to scoping calls, proposals, and solution design for prospective clients alongside the commercial team.

 

What We're Looking For

• Solid hands-on NetSuite experience. Functional configuration, workflow automation, and a strong understanding of how NetSuite is used across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Genuine interest in and awareness of AI tools, automation platforms, and how emerging technology applies to ERP environments - prior experience with AI-powered tooling is a strong advantage.
• Consultancy mindset. Comfortable engaging directly with clients, managing expectations, and delivering solutions in a structured, professional manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to assess a client's environment quickly, identify where automation adds the most value, and design an implementation approach accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills — able to articulate technical and AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and the C-suite.
• Experience in a consulting, implementation, or solutions delivery environment is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or NetSuite integration platforms (Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, or automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar.
• Prior experience working in a product-led or SaaS environment.
