NetSuite Consultant – Short-Term Contract

Contract: 8–12 Weeks
Start: ASAP
Working Pattern: Full-time, 3+ days per week on-site preferred

We are working with a business approaching the final stages of its NetSuite implementation that is considering engaging an experienced NetSuite Consultant to provide hands-on support through data migration, go-live and post-implementation adoption.

The business is targeting 1st September for go-live and requires an experienced consultant who can quickly understand the existing NetSuite environment, validate the work completed to date and ensure the internal team is fully prepared to operate within the system.

The Role

The successful consultant will provide hands-on support across the final stages of the implementation, working closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition into NetSuite.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and validating the existing NetSuite implementation
• Supporting the final stages of data migration
• Providing hands-on go-live support
• Troubleshooting and resolving NetSuite issues
• Supporting the day-to-day use of the system
• Training internal users across NetSuite
• Providing knowledge transfer and best-practice guidance
• Helping the business become more self-sufficient within NetSuite

About You

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite professional with:

• Strong NetSuite implementation experience
• Previous experience supporting NetSuite go-lives
• Hands-on data migration experience
• Strong functional NetSuite knowledge
• Experience training and supporting end users
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of requirements
• Availability to start at short notice

Contract Details

The initial requirement is expected to last approximately 8 weeks, although the business is considering an engagement of up to 12 weeks.

The role is expected to be full-time, with a preference for the consultant to be on-site at least 3 days per week. Travel expenses may also be considered depending on the overall engagement.

This opportunity is currently being finalised by the client and is not yet a fully approved requirement. However, a decision is expected shortly, and we are keen to speak with suitable consultants ahead of confirmation.
