NetSuite Implementation Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level NetSuite Consultant to support a straightforward NetSuite implementation project following a recent business acquisition.

The organisation has recently been acquired from and requires an experienced NetSuite consultant to provide hands-on support through the implementation, configuration and transition process.

This is a part-time contract assignment, expected to require approximately 3 days per week for around 3 months, although the project is relatively straightforward and may be completed sooner.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of NetSuite across the business.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and the implementation partner to ensure a smooth transition.
• Assist with requirements gathering, configuration and system setup.
• Support data migration activities into NetSuite.
• Review existing processes and identify any areas requiring configuration or improvement.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and user support throughout the implementation.
• Assist with testing, UAT and resolution of any issues identified.
• Support user upskilling and knowledge transfer, ensuring internal users are comfortable operating within NetSuite.
• Work alongside the implementation partner and internal teams to ensure the project remains on track.
• Provide general NetSuite expertise where required throughout the engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Previous experience supporting or delivering NetSuite implementations.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite configuration and core functionality.
• Experience with data migration into NetSuite.
• Comfortable working directly with business users and stakeholders.
• Experience providing user training, knowledge transfer or upskilling.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with an implementation partner.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Previous experience working within an acquisition, transition or business transformation environment would be advantageous.

Location

The role is primarily focused on supporting the implementation remotely, with occasional travel to North London preferred.

Candidates able to attend the North London office when required would be particularly well suited.

Contract

• Initial 3-month contract
• Part-time: approximately 3 days per week
• Potential for the engagement to conclude earlier depending on project progress
• Immediate/short-term availability preferred
