The Opportunity

We’re working with a fast-growing NetSuite consultancy delivering complex ERP transformation projects across a diverse client base. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to hire a Senior NetSuite Developer to play a key role in designing, building, and delivering scalable NetSuite solutions for clients across multiple industries.

This is an opportunity to join a highly specialist consulting environment where you’ll work on greenfield implementations, system optimisations, integrations, and custom development projects—fully remote, with genuine autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders.

The Role

As a Senior NetSuite Developer, you’ll be responsible for the technical delivery of NetSuite solutions, working closely with functional consultants, project teams, and end clients.

You’ll be involved in everything from custom SuiteScript development to complex integrations, architecture decisions, and mentoring junior technical team members.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.0 / 2.1
Build and manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (CRM, eCommerce, WMS, finance platforms, middleware etc.)
Develop custom workflows, saved searches, scripts, forms, dashboards, and records
Work alongside functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Lead technical design workshops with clients and internal stakeholders
Troubleshoot system issues, optimise performance, and improve existing NetSuite environments
Support data migration and transformation activities during implementations
Review code quality, establish development best practice, and mentor junior developers
Contribute to technical architecture decisions across multiple client projects
Support post-go-live enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Experience

4+ years hands-on NetSuite development experience
Strong expertise in SuiteScript (2.0 / 2.1 preferred)
Proven experience delivering NetSuite implementations and customisation projects
Experience building integrations using:
- REST / SOAP APIs
- Celigo / Boomi / MuleSoft / other middleware
- CSV imports / data migration tools
Strong understanding of:
- SuiteFlow
- Saved Searches
- SuiteAnalytics
- Custom records / fields / forms
- Role / permission structures
Experience working in a consultancy, partner, or client-facing delivery environment
Ability to engage directly with clients and translate technical concepts clearly
