Job Title: NetSuite Finance Consultant (ACCA Qualified)

Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Working Pattern: 5 Days Per Week Onsite
Contract: 6 Months (Initial Contract with Potential Extension)
Start Date: ASAP

The Opportunity

We are working with a well-established real estate and property investment business based in Norwich that is looking for an experienced ACCA-qualified NetSuite Finance Consultant to support a range of finance transformation and optimisation initiatives. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between Finance and IT while driving improvements across the NetSuite platform.

This is a fully onsite role, working closely with senior finance stakeholders and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the optimisation of NetSuite Financials across multiple property entities.
• Review and improve month-end and year-end reporting processes.
• Support the finance team with NetSuite best practice and process improvements.
• Configure and optimise:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Fixed Assets
  • Multi-Entity & OneWorld
  • Intercompany Transactions
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
• Develop financial reports, KPIs and SuiteAnalytics dashboards.
• Improve controls surrounding property acquisitions, disposals and asset management.
• Support ongoing system enhancements and liaise with third-party NetSuite partners where required.
• Assist with user training and documentation.
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure NetSuite supports future business growth.

Essential Experience

• ACCA Qualified (or equivalent).
• 5+ years' experience working with NetSuite Financials.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including:
  • Management Accounts
  • Consolidations
  • Revenue Recognition
  • Fixed Assets
  • VAT
• Previous experience within the Real Estate, Property Investment or Property Management sector.
• Strong experience with NetSuite OneWorld.
• Advanced SuiteAnalytics reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Desirable

• Experience with property management integrations.
• Knowledge of lease accounting (IFRS 16).
• Experience with SuiteFlow or basic SuiteScript.
• Previous involvement in NetSuite implementations or optimisation projects.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with property management
