Senior Finance Consultant – German Speaking

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Business Analyst with fluent German to join an established NetSuite environment.

This is an immediate requirement, with the successful candidate expected to support the business across finance-focused change, systems and process improvement. The role would suit someone who can operate comfortably between finance stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between Finance, business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Gather, analyse and document finance requirements.
• Support the identification and resolution of issues across finance processes and systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders in Germany and wider international teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Support system improvements, testing, UAT and implementation activities.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams and implementation partners.
• Support wider transformation and change programmes where required.

Experience Required

• Strong experience as a Finance Business Analyst, ideally within an ERP/NetSuite environment.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and systems.
• Experience working on NetSuite implementations, enhancements or transformation projects.
• Ability to work with both senior finance stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience working within international environments.
• Fluent German language skills are essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate independently.

Desirable

• Previous NetSuite experience.
• Experience working with a NetSuite implementation partner.
• Experience across international finance/localisation requirements.
• Previous experience within large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
