Role Overview
The NetSuite Finance Transformation Specialist leads the design and implementation of finance process improvements enabled by NetSuite. This role partners with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize workflows, enhance reporting, and drive the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation projects involving NetSuite ERP implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Analyze and redesign financial processes to improve efficiency, controls, and data quality.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into NetSuite configurations and functional specifications.
- Manage testing, user training, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience with NetSuite ERP in a finance transformation or implementation capacity.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- NetSuite certification and experience with integrations or reporting tools are highly desirable.
