Software Engineer — ERP Integrations

I'm working exclusively with a fast-growing, well-funded tech company building an AI-native platform that connects directly into customers' finance systems. The integration layer is core to what they do, not a bolt-on feature.
The role:
You'll own the connections between their platform and the ERP systems customers run; NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct and others. This isn't building one integration for one company's setup. You'll be designing connectors that work reliably across many different customers' instances at once. each with its own configuration, custom fields, and quirks.
Who they want:
A software engineer first. You'll have built and shipped production backend systems; Python, Go, or TypeScript, and understand distributed systems problems: idempotency, retries, failure handling at scale.
Ideally you've worked somewhere whose product integrates with multiple customers' ERP or finance systems as a core feature, not just maintained one company's internal instance. NetSuite depth is a strong plus, especially SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, or SuiteQL, but they're hiring for engineering strength first and ERP specialism second.
Not the right fit if:
Your background is primarily NetSuite admin, consultant, or implementation-partner work without broader software engineering experience.
The setup:
Senior individual contributor role. Real ownership of a product surface, direct customer contact, no management track attached.
