We are seeking a NetSuite Manufacturing Specialist to support and optimize our manufacturing and supply chain operations within NetSuite. This role will work closely with production, inventory, procurement, and retail teams to ensure efficient system processes, accurate data management, and continuous improvement of manufacturing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and enhance NetSuite Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules.
- Support production planning, work orders, bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and inventory management.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support and training.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support operational performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to best practices across manufacturing and retail operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with NetSuite Manufacturing, WIP & Routing, and Inventory Management.
- Strong understanding of retail and supply chain processes.
- Experience with NetSuite administration, configuration, and process optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- NetSuite certifications are desirable.
