NetSuite Project Manager – 

Contract | Remote / Flexible location | Travel: ~1x per month, expenses covered | Day rate: Competitive, market rate

Our client is a fast-growing, private equity-backed international software group that acquires and integrates software businesses across Europe. As part of an active buy-and-build strategy, they're consolidating newly acquired companies onto a single NetSuite ERP instance — and they're looking for an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead rollouts across their portfolio.

About the role

You'll take ownership of end-to-end NetSuite implementations for newly acquired businessess working closely with a small, focused integration team and directly with stakeholders at each portfolio company. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role suited to someone who thrives on variety and pace, rather than a single long-running implementation.

What you'll be doing

• Leading NetSuite implementation projects end-to-end for acquired businesses, from kickoff through to go-live
• Managing multiple concurrent projects at different stages simultaneously
• Coordinating localisation requirements across different European jurisdictions
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders at each acquired business, including in-person workshops (approx. monthly travel, expenses covered)
• Operating effectively within the pace and ambiguity typical of a PE-backed, acquisitive environment

What we're looking for

• Fluent German speaker (essential)
• Strong background in ERP project management, ideally with hands-on NetSuite implementation experience
• Comfortable managing several projects at once in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
• Experience with localisation requirements across European markets is a strong plus
• A hands-on approach — happy to operate at both strategic and detailed levels
• Previous experience in PE-backed, M&A-heavy, or high-growth environments highly advantageous
