The role covers both standard NetSuite implementations and the company's proprietary on-platform tools, working with a varied, international customer base.

Delivery (the majority of the role)
- Running discovery workshops to understand customer business processes and pain points

- Reporting on project progress against budget, timeline, and customer expectations
- Providing ongoing post-go-live support via phone, email, and screen-sharing, with occasional site visits
- Producing training and support documentation
- Maintaining customer relationships over time, including periodic check-ins and flagging relevant product developments

- Owning both delivery and project management for each engagement, with no separate PM function
- Balancing customer outcomes with commercial delivery
