Transformation Consultant

We are partnering with a growing consulting business that delivers finance transformation, business change and technology-enabled consulting services to mid-market organisations. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Transformation Consultant to join their expanding team.

The Role

You will support the delivery of finance transformation and wider business change programmes across a diverse portfolio of clients. The role will involve working closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, develop transformation strategies and support successful implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering finance transformation and business change engagements for mid-market organisations.
• Working with senior finance and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Supporting clients through transformation initiatives, from initial assessment and strategy through to implementation and change adoption.
• Leading project workstreams and managing key stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Advising clients on finance processes, operating models, technology and wider transformation opportunities.
• Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Supporting the continued growth and development of the consulting practice.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience delivering finance transformation and wider business change programmes.
• Previous experience working within a consulting environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership teams.
• Experience supporting clients through complex transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to manufacturing and/or retail environments would be highly advantageous.
• Experience gained within a large professional services or consulting organisation would be beneficial.
• A commercial and client-focused approach.
• The ability to work effectively within a growing and fast-paced consulting environment.
