The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB) Administrator to join a growing organisation that has invested heavily in NetSuite and is continuing to enhance its ERP ecosystem.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the complexities of subscription billing, revenue management and NetSuite administration, and wants to own and optimise one of the business's most critical systems.
Working closely with Finance, Operations and IT, you'll be responsible for maintaining, improving and supporting the Zone Advanced Billing platform while ensuring seamless integration with NetSuite.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day administration of Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB)
- Configure and maintain subscription products, billing schedules and pricing models
- Support recurring billing, contract amendments, renewals and usage-based billing
- Troubleshoot billing issues and resolve system errors
- Work with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue processes
- Maintain integrations between ZAB and NetSuite
- Configure workflows, forms and system settings where required
- Produce reports and saved searches to support business decision making
- Support month-end billing activities and financial reconciliation
- Gather business requirements and recommend process improvements
- Work with third-party vendors and implementation partners on enhancements
- Create user documentation and deliver end-user training
Essential Skills
- Strong hands-on experience administering Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB)
- Good knowledge of NetSuite ERP
- Experience supporting subscription or recurring revenue businesses
- Strong understanding of billing lifecycles and revenue processes
- Experience configuring products, subscriptions and billing schedules
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Desirable Skills
- NetSuite Administrator certification
- Experience with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches and SuiteAnalytics
- Knowledge of SuiteScript
- Experience with ZoneBilling implementations or upgrades
- Understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles
- Experience integrating third-party applications with NetSuite
