  • Lead the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the iTrent HR and Payroll system.

  • Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver seamless service and system integration.

  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and change releases.

  • Oversee data integrity, compliance, security, and GDPR alignment.

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure accurate payroll processing through effective system configuration and validation.

  • Liaise with external vendors and third-party providers where required.

  • Manage system access controls, workflows, and approval structures.
